To set the record straight, we offer a 100% no questions asked refund if cancelled within 72 hours OR a refund if the conversion cannot be done due to our inability regardless of the time frame, P-E-R-I-O-D. Our fees are 80% less than most our competetors with the highest conversion rate in the industry of over 10,000 systems a year. We have been in business since 1968, and monitor in excess of 125,000 Customer accounts Nationwide, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. With those kind of numbers, you’re bound to have an occasional unsatisfied Customer or an occasional missed BBB response. But for 99.9% of our Customers, they are satisfied, safe and saving!

As a LIFE SAFETY SERVICE, our agreement CLEARLY states that any emergency alarm monitoring cancellation must be done IN WRITING and 60 days prior to the intended date of cancellation in order for us to CONFIRM and VALIDATE the cancellation was ordered by a AUTHORIZED person. This is to PREVENT Ex-spouses, or ex-employees or anyone else from simply cancelling YOUR personal or business security with the intent to do you harm the next day. And isn’t what a security company is SUPPOSED to do? Would you feel secure if we didn’t do it that way?
It has also come to our attention that the BBB failed to update our email address to have us respond to complaints in the last several months causing a false NO RESPONSE issue. They have been alerted of the issue and any previously unanswered complaints have been resolved.
