Where the Program Came From
When we started Alarm System Reviews, we wanted to provide a platform for customers to share their experiences and opinion of their home alarm company. Our hope was that by providing an online collection of real customer reviews, we could help other homeowners interested in home security find the best solution for their needs by reading what other customers had experienced.
From the feedback received, we realized two things:
- Many customers are looking to share their praise and frustrations when it comes to the home security industry.
- Customers submitting negative reviews and complaints needed more than just a way to sound off. (broadcast, share their experience). They needed help.
Why We Created the Custom Care Program
Alarm System Reviews has been a great resource for many interested in home security. We’ve continuously looked to improve the site to increase its value to people looking for a home alarm system. We’ve added expert reviews, more thorough content and articles, but we hadn’t addressed the needs of existing home security customers.
Over the years, we have developed strong, direct relationships with many of the home security companies featured on our site. We’ve worked in the industry as security professionals ourselves, so we’ve seen the good – and the bad – first hand.
In order for Alarm System Reviews to be a true resource for everyone, we had to find a way to help customers with legitimate complaints.
