We've watched just about every stupid criminal video on the net, but these are our all time favorites.....Burglars and thieves come in all shapes, sizes, and intelligence levels. But if there was a "criminal university", these guys obviously didn't get accepted! It's a probably a good thing the majority of crooks and burglars aren't too smart though, because if they were, they would never get caught! Check out the crooks in the following videos. This made #1 on our list because not only is the guy stupid during the break-in, but incredibly stupid BEFORE the break-in. "Let's see, where should I commit a burglary? Oh, I know!
