We signed a contract and had the system installed which took 3 days because the system would not communicate with the Voxcom dispatch. We notified them we were moving, set up a transfer service and on our day of moving they never showed up and claimed we didn't "confirm" the appointment baffles me really! So the day of the move we had to void the warranty and remove the system ourselves. When we moved they came out three weeks later to install, only to tell us that they need to change a code on the system. So they took it to Edmonton and kept it there for another three weeks, during the entire time we did not recieve a phone call or a credit for the down time. We ended up calling Voxcom to have them bring the system back and install it, total downtime was 8 weeks.
Yes, we have been phoned by Voxcom and told "you have a power failure notice" since the day it was installed in which case they tell us "we will set up a service for you". No, they never show up nor do we get calls back to confirm it's been six months and they replaced the power adapter but we are still getting phone calls for the same issue. After all the crap we have had to put up with we were told we would receive months free and credits on our account but now we are receiving bills in the mail over past due amounts which have never been credited.
Overall BAD company communication, customer service, account services.
