Absolute trash of contract service. Nothing better than the gas rate contract companies. They have clauses in the contract which they will never explain and hook you for charges if ever want to cancel.
I had a contract with them for two years. Expired in March 2007. They automatically renewed this contract without even a courtesy letter or phone call . Now when you want to cancel they are reading the contract to you. This is outright fleecing and cheating . Come on companies live up and grow up. I will get rid of the company even if i have to pay whatever they are asking for . I will never ever go back to them and recommend and warn every one with VOXCOM contracts to beware of their unethical and unbusiness like practices.
I feel absolutely cheated and disgusted with way the the company dealt with me. After all what do they provide a recorded telephonic relay to call back in case you are facing an emergency. If you have a intruder holding a gun on you imagine calling back !!! God Help you. So much for their service.
