

I'm going into my 2nd year with Vector, and I have to say, overall I am very happy with the service.
The *only* problem I have had is that one of the living room sensors used to fail. They fixed it (great communication, but it did take them a couple tries to get it right), and for several months it worked fine. Now its failing again. I knew when I bought the contract that after the first year, I would have to pay extra for the warranty so someone can come out and fix it. So the only bummer is that the price is going from $36 to about $50 per month now. That and they won't fix anything on weekends, so I have to take off from work since they have a FIVE hour window to work at your house.
Overall, I find that Vector works very well. Their customer service dept is great, the prices are reasonable, and the system works. I know this because I have accidently set off the alarm, and they call right away.
I feel very secure going to bed at night knowing that Vector is keeping an eye out for me. That is worth the $50 a month.
