You need to read about this company before you sign anything. Once you sign you will need a good lawyer to get out of the web you got into.
You will never get the same employee twice if you call, that is because they hire over 100 people a year (per central station) to replace the ones that run. While they can escape, you cannot. IF you get a live person they will not be able to answer your questions, they are either too new to understand the job or they are instructed to lie. No one will ever call you back, this includes management as you will probably be transfered to a supervisor who is some crazy woman that yells at and insults you, and tells you point blank, SHE is in charge and don't expect to get a word in edgewise, she is already on the defensive since YOU called in.
Don't ask them why it took so long for them to call. They keep 3-4 dispatchers on duty to handle 100's of alarms. And they monitor for Security First and Advent Security, as well as many other companies. They are not allowed to tell you this when you ask but one of their newbies will let it slip. You will also hear plenty of other things while you are on the phone with them.
So if you can't find your way around the information highway and research this company just take the monies that you will be letting Vector take the next 30 years (and they will get it) just use it to hire a lawyer now!
