A Canadian alarm company, Voxcom uses a sub-dealer program similar to ADT. A local company installs your system, and Voxcom will monitor it from their response centre located in Edmonton, Alberta. | (Added June 14/08) My bad experience: - rate increased within my 3yr contract. - won't accept notice of termination (i.e. when the end of 3rd year reached) by the main account holder via phone call. - require 90 days prior end of contract for notice. - auto renewal of contract annually instead of monthly! - refuse to stop contract even if the phoneline had been cancelled. - their contract make sure they got the money easy instead of protecting both parties. |

| I have had VOXCOM for the last few years. My wife and I love them, whenever the alarm has gone off (mostly my fault), the company promptly calls us. With all the features they offer I don't know why anyone would go with anyone else! All of our neighbors who have alarms complain about their providers, but I have nothing but praise to give to them. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone and everyone!!!! |
