Safemart is aimed primarily at the "do it yourself" consumer; you need an installed and functioning alarm system to sign up for their monitoring service. You can purchase a system from Safemart or any other source and install the hardware, or already have a system installed in your home.
| (Added May 27/08) I've been a customer of SafeMart for many years. I started my Ademco Security System with the purchase of the 20P Control panel and various window/door sensors. Since this was a new area for me, I solicited advice from SafeMart Sales and their technical staff. With their help, my system program was downloaded and my system was up and running with no problems. I purchased my monitoring service(Ocusafe) through SafeMart. Their service has been excellent! I highly recommend SafeMart for you security and electronic equipment needs. |
| My initial contact with SafeMart was Joe Thomas, who was very cordial and helpful in my ordering an auto dialer for my security system. Not understanding just how a security system is wired, Joe was most helpful and understanding. He did a terrific job in explaining how to install the auto dialer. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and assistance provided by SafeMart. Should I have any future needs, I will be certain to call SafeMart. |

| Several years ago, I purchased my first home. I knew it was a good idea to have some form of security, but was entirely an amateur when it came to knowing what I needed and how to go about installing it. I found SafeMart and contacted them. They were very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. After they helped me decide which system was best for my needs, I tried installing it on my own, without SafeMart's technical assistance. Having never done so before, I quickly grew frustrated. However, after a quick round of calls to the customer service reps at SafeMart, they led me through the installation, which previously seemed so daunting. In an age where good customer service is becoming increasingly hard to find, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with the representatives and technicians at SafeMart, who have a profound knowledge of the products they sell and are genuinely helpful. On any of the follow-up calls I've had to make since being a SafeMart customer, this has always been the case. |
