(Added Sept 14/08) I have had PP for almost 18 months. The first event occurred 3 months into my contract. I was broken into and the police were not notified until after the burglars were making their third trip to their car with my possessions. In the most recent event, I came home to my alarm beeping, door being kicked in and no police. They claim I did not set my alarm. The system seems to work fine; their monitoring company does not. I will be going back to ADT at first opportunity. I was a fool to leave them.

(Added Aug 27/08) I recently signed a contract with this company. The salesman came to our door. I asked him to allow me a couple of days to research his company. I also asked if I could excise the portions of the contract which were unfavorable. He was very polite and said, "No problem." We signed a contract, after I deleted about half of it. I found the entire experience to be professional. The salesman was nice, not pushy. I will follow-up with my review of the service.

(Added June 27/08) Professional installation, knowledgeable salesman, AAA customer service and a system that is much better than the other two systems I have had in the past. This system is more convenient to use (I love the remote), not only provides protection for burglary but also fire and a medical. I have already referred two friends my parents, my brother and my sister to Platinum. They all like their systems as much as I do.
