I have a First Alert professional alarm system that was already installed in my home when I moved in. The problem I have is since it was installed by a previous owner I don't have the 4 digit code to deactivate it. This would not be a problem except the system is detecting a code 17 dining room motions and once a minute it chimes. This is very annoying as you can imagine, and the good people at First Alert are impossible to contact. I have tried both calling and Emails, and none of my messages have been answered. Terrible customer service.
