(Added July 4/11) I dealt with Alarm One President, Chris K. at their local office near Baltimore Maryland.  I wanted to upgrade my security system and not many home security companies would do that without selling you a multi-year monitoring package, but Chris offered to do it for several hundred dollars.  The old system had no issues but was very dated.  The new one never worked correctly "ghosting" and causing false alarms.  Their solution was to disable part of it.  I wanted to know how much more and what solutions they had to get it to work correctly however after several e-mails and dozens of calls over many month (being told to be patient as they are busy), they told me to go elsewhere!

I live in Hollywood, FL I have recently had my alarm system installed by alarmone security systems. It was a good experience, manny the sales guy was very nice and professional.  The installation took a bit longer than I would have liked (almost a week! ) but all in all it was good experience, the installer arrived on time, was very helpful and explanatory. If I had any qualms with them I would say, the time taken to book the installation, and when the installer left he was difficult to reach directly with questions. All in all though, this company has my recommendation.
