This can add up into the thousands very quick.
Think you are going to beat the contract somehow? Not so fast! The clause on the back on the contract about LIEN law, they will take to the full extent. Yes, they will put that LIEN law on your property that's why the salesman hands you a credit application where you must show ownership of the property and provide a block and lot number.
