I am deeply saddened by what I hear some of you are saying about Slomin's.
I have a unique perspective, as not only am I a customer of Slomin's but I used to work for them as an installer while in tech school. (I recently graduated and switched jobs this year).
I must say the supervisors and staff at Slomin's do the very best to satisfy their customers. Every week we would have meetings, and the topic would always be what we should do to please the customer. The supervisor would say "treat the customer's home like it was your own" and "secure it like your parents and kids live there".
About the equipment: I am a electronic engineer and I have seen the other guys systems. None, and I mean none of them compare to the secure reliability and state of the art systems that Slomin's offers. They might not look as flashy as the other guys system, but take it from some one who knows: I would rather have Slomin's protecting my house over all the other guys.
I don't work for them any more, so I don't have any reason to big them up. The company is doing the absolutely the best they can to give their customer the best service possible .
