This company is horrible and anyone that says different was lied to or doesn't understand what they did.
They force a 5 year contract and they do not want you to read their contract. Their contract says that their salesman can lie in so many words. Not to mention that they regularly raise their monitoring and that their system is outdated. This same old system was used 20 years ago.
This company has salesman that try to force the signing of the contract and the only reason why they are installing fast is because their management has their sales so low that the Techs are just sitting around waiting for another sucker. BE A SMART CONSUMER AND SHOP AROUND.
Slomins gets their customers from telemarketing and TV that think they are getting a free system but in return they run your credit and you are tied down for 5 years. If you fold then they take you to court for 1600 dollars.
BE AWARE!!!!! This is a bad company. They are owned by investors and are not even family owned like they claim. Plus they have only been doing security for a fraction of the time they claim. They are an oil company that forces contracts that also has tons of complaints. LOOK AROUND ON THE INTERNET.
If a salesman comes by your house ask him to leave you a contract and tell him you are shopping around and see their change in attitude. I fell for this and my some of my New York Neighbors and some friends from my church got suckered into this down in DC and in Baltimore. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY.
