I have to say being a customer with them has been a pleasure. They are way, way quick on there response times, almost to quick, (lol) and indeed the best value out there.
I read the negative reviews before signing up and learned on my own you have to read everything. The people complaining did not read far enough or simply did not ask the right questions. Remember this is a contract unless you don't want it to be. They explain everything very well over the phone and I do recommend you calling them for set up in any form. As with any type of service set up. The net should never be used for contract signing or agreements. This will avoid confusion as you are speaking with them. Have a list of questions, they will answer all of them and you will be satisfied I assure you. I have had Brinks, ADT in previous homes and this service blows them away for the price and response. They have some great extra features for the money, ie..checking your system logs from a secrued site, etc...
FYI: I was even contacted on Easter Sunday to see if my questions were answered correctly when I left a voice mail on one question I forgot while shopping around for a person who was in adminstrative service. Trust me in saying they are not a scam. They are a company for profit and offer great products, services and of course the marketing is to going to hope land them a lead. Thats called good marketing!
Who ever is upset and keeps slamming them, I did my research, got my questions in line for them and decided to pick them. I am glad I did. They are legit and I would rate them on service an "A".
