(Added May 1/11) I purchased an alarm system from SAFEMART for my business in March 2011 and I can honestly say that from the very first phone call I have received A1 service from that company.  Never having purchased or even used an alarm system created a bit of anxiety and fear in me that made me apprehensive, but the representative I spoke with was not only patient with me, but very encouraging that I would be able to install it and use it without any problems.  If I had any problems though he said please feel free to call him - and he gave me his desk extension number - and said he would walk me through it step by step.  He also set up an appointment with me to go over the installation and the steps involved in arming & disarming the system so that I could practice before the system actually went live. Now that is great service, but it doesn't stop there.  Because I had never used an alarm system before I wanted to make changes to my emergency contact numbers in the event that the alarm goes off and within 24 hours of going live I made those changes via email and received a confirmation email from SAFEMART that the changes were made.  To me that is excellent customer service. The great customer service doesn't stop there.  About a week after going live, I received a call from SAFEMART to ask me if I was satisfied with the company's service and product thus far and I really appreciated her call.  SAFEMART could have forgotten about me once the service was established, but they didn't.  The representative on that call told me that they want to make sure that I am satisfied and if I have any problems, issues, or are unhappy about anything they want to hear about not just to resolve the issue with me, but to make changes for future customers so they don't encounter any problems that I may have encountered.  Well, I haven't had any problems thus far and don't anticipate having many in the future, but it's nice to know that they are interested in hearing about them if I do. If you are looking for a reasonably priced alarm and a great company to purchase from then I recommend SAFEMART.
