I would rather leave the doors unlocked at my business than use this company.
In November of 2007 I purchased a business that had it's alarm system monitoring agreement purchased by SAFE, when it was purchased they restarted the 3 year contract in my name and faxed the agreement, saying the terms would remain the same. In March of 2009 I called to have my services moved to a new location and was told I would get a call back. A few weeks later i called again to see about moving the services and was told I would get a call back, no luck, again.
A few weeks later after the move was completed, I called to cancel my service. Now the contract comes out. I have the option of moving my service to the new location (starting the 3 year contract over again) or if the new owners of the old location want to sign up with SAFE (new 3 year contract) they will let me out of mine. I refused. They have since mailed a copy of my contract for my review, and yes I did sign it. I have called four times and asked to speak with a manager, and all four times, nobody has ever called me back. I called again, got the call back and was again told they would hold me to the terms of my contract. I said I would be happy, but here we are three months later and I didn't feel that they were meeting their end of the contract with customer service and I felt I should be allowed out of it. Again they refused.
Funny, all of this and I was more than happy to sign up with them again, all they had to do was call back the first time! I hope they go out of business.
