

I strongly strongly discourage you to give them a try at all.
I give this company a zero / negative star. Unbelievably bad and, unprofessional service. We have been with them for more than 10 years. We have never late for a single payment and yet, we get punished again and again for their mistakes and negligence.
So what happened? We had to call them more than 10 times within 6 months for a refund caused by their mistake - we were overcharged $3 more. Everyone we called, they promised that they would take care of it and gave you all kinds of false hopes. We thought we were in good hands till we kept getting invoices that they still kept our $3 hostage.
In their dictionary, the words 'customer services' are absent OR they have a different definition of it. During the phone ordeals, no apologies were offered. I left them messages and guess what, they never returned calls. At some point, I felt like I was working for them because I had to do all kinds of follow up work by calling them back. They always ask for your number [shouldn't they have it already? I begin to worry as I do not know how they can help when we are in danger or the alarm is set off....] and promise you to call you back but they never did. Customer Services are the worst of the worst. They always put you on hold without telling you why. In a split second, they just hit the button and then you will wonder if you are still on line. Not to mention that when you call, you always have to wait for a long while to get to a live person. You tell them that you want to talk to a manager, they will shun you by telling you that all the managers are not available - even when you say you want to complain. When you ask for their extentions and names, they will tell you that they have too many managers and yet they do not know whose information should be given. When you tell them that you need to talk to a manager, they respond to you by a 'why' instead of focusing on your upsetting experience and trying to help. Here comes the worst, they will hang up on you when you tell them that you need to talk to a person in charge and then you call them back, they will accuse you of hanging up on them instead. Isn't it invigorating? They will also come up with all kinds of pretexts, say, for instance, I, as, a customer service rep. cannot access to your record, to refuse to help you. Haven't I mentioned their telephone manners, yet? I thought loan sharks are more polite than them....
