As most of the other complaints, mine is similiar.
I called in Jan. 08 to cancel service to do renovations on my house. I thought all was taken care as per the useless customer service agent. As the months went on I continued to receive past due notices. I frequently called and explained the matter and was always told it is being taken care of and they will be in touch.
I finally recently received a letter from an outside collection agency demanding payment. What a joke, I was waiting for a call back from their rep. and in return they hand me over to collections. Nice job bone heads. Way to lose a 10 year customer.
With all the selections out their to monitor your system please please make Protection One your last. They are criminals!
