BUYER BEWARE!!!!
We had Protection One alarm monitoring for a few years and then we had a window replaced and called Protection One to have the sensor replaced. The customer service rep I spoke to stated that I was covered under warranty and that there would be no charge. The tech came out and replaced the sensor.
A month later I receive a bill for $95.68! I've made several calls to Protection One and they conveniently don't have a record of ever making a statement that there would be no charge. They gave me a partial credit but expect me to pay for more than half of their misrepresentation! Needless to say, I cannot recommend their services and have since, cancelled our service with them.
By the way, when I called to cancel, no one ever told me I had to cancel in writing. Does anyone at Protection One know what they are doing?????
