Protection One has provided me with alarm protection for over ten years.
Due to medical difficulties, I am forced to sell my house and move to another state. After contacting them about terminating service, I was told that when I had the cell phone system installed, I became an "Initial Customer" and was locked in for three years. When asked about transferring service I was told that I had to provide them with a new address. I don't have a new address!
The only way they will terminate service is for me to pay them $750.00. Nice way to treat a customer. I will -pay their blood money, but will also give them the recommendation that they deserve.
DON'T GO NEAR PROTECTION ONE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SHAFTED!!!
