Yes they are dishonest and cheats.
The service provided is questionable at best; in the three years I owned the system I set it off twice to see if they would call and they didn't either time. No one could ever explain to me why. I called to cancel the service 60 days before the end of year, per contract instructions and was told I could cancel at anytime with Military orders.
I have now been trying to cancel for a month and not only will they not honor the cancellation with military orders, I can't get anyone to cancel the contract at all!!! I am going to be forced to pay for 10 months of service I can't use because of the lies that were told. I have emailed and called at least 15 times to have the service terminated and am simply ignored or told "we will have to get back with you".
I am going to have a certified letter sent for cancellation and am willing to bet that I will still have problems. You can't believe anything that is told to you in the "chat" window or on the phone.
I would not recommend anyone use this company, all you have to do is check out their BBB report and you will see why. If you have already signed with this company insure you get EVERYTHING in writing and believe NOTHING that is said on the phone/chat...they won't honor it.
