

When I received the system, I noticed that it was not new. The control station was damaged and it was not properly packaged. There was a rather amaturish repair to the backup power supply connector.
In spite of this, the system was easy to install and the service department was very helpful in configuring the application. A week later, the control station developed a problem and would not stay in contact with the company's monitoring station.
To make a long story short, the company has yet to resolve the problem in spite of a new control station, a new router (for monitoring via the internet) and more than 15 hours of effort on my part in following the instructions they provided. For the past several days, they have failed to call me back as I try to pursue the solution to the problem.
Today I checked with the Better Business Bureau and discovered that the company has an unsatisfactory rating. Of course, I should have checked with the BBB first.
I would not recommend this company to anyone and I heartily suggest that you seek out a different alarm company.
