

Please DO NOT do business with this company !!!!!
If your alarm fails to work (as mine did frequently) you WILL NEVER see a technician to fix it. Instead the company will try to diagnose the problem over the phone,send parts in the mail and then try to walk you thru the repair,ON THE PHONE !! We spent hours doing this and I finally canceled my contract. Protect America continued to bill my credit card and when I called to find out why, I was informed that I would have to pay for another 11 months for a service that I was not receiving. Apparently you have to cancel 60 days before the expiration of your contract or you will continue to be billed. My choice is to pay or have my credit ruined.
Please,please ,please,do not subscribe to this unscrupulous company's service.The service is less than second rate and their business practices involve contractual thievery. I still intend to contact The Better Business Bureau,but I don't think it will do any good. I wish that I had read these postings before I signed up with this unscrupulous company.
This is an expensive lesson learned.
