My husband and I began this began our service with Protect America because my car had been recently broken into and my purse was stolen from it.
My husband leaves for work at 4am and I have a 2 year old and a 2 month; needless to say I wanted a way to feel more secure. We started our service and the first time it was experimented on (by my 2 year old who decided to hit the panic button) I recieved a phone call about five minutes later and the cops showed up about 25 minutes after that. Needless to say that if there were actual cause for panic, the reaction time was not impressive.
Also recently, my husband and I are recently unable to use them system due to relocation arrangements. I Called PA to see if it would be at all possible to defer payments for a year until we were living somewhere where the system was of use to us again and "no," has been the response across the board. I understand wanting to cancell a policy eing unacceptable, but a deferment? Come on... It's just good business. My husband and I most likely would have enhanced our service and purchased a larger package in about a year, but if they can't be more acommodating to their (loyal, on time) paying customers I think they are going to lose out in the end. I wish I would have found this site before I just signed up, but live and learn.
My next service-- since I WILL NOT stay with PA-- I'll do more research on first.
