This company is bogus and the service is far below Par. 

Yes, they have a quick fast sales pitch and a lightning fast installation but their customer service is absolutely horrible. Only 11 days after having my system installed, my kitchen window sensor began to fail.  It was no longer operating with the alarm panel box.  I immediately called the company and spoke with **** who gave me my only option which was to wait until the 30th (2 1/2 weeks later) for a service technician to come out and replace the sensor.  I informed him that I was not satisfied with this solution and requested to speak with a supervisor.  The supervisor assured me that the company would overnight a replacement sensor to my home and I would simply have to call the service department for instructions on how to replace the failed one.

After 7 follow up calls to the company regarding the mail out date of the sensor, I finally received a package from the UPS delivery guy.  In the package was 6 window stickers with the company Name and Logo.  No sensor at all.  This package was received 17 days after my initial call.  Yesterday I got the package and today I spoke with another supervisor who apologized for not putting the sensor in the mail and not sending it overnight and for my home being unsecured for the past 2 weeks.... However I will now have to wait for the technician to arrive on the 30th to change the sensor.  There goes a day of work, when all they had to do was mail me the sensor and talk me thru how to install it.

The customer service reps are horrible because none of them took proper notes on any of my calls.  I kept finding myself retelling the entire ordeal about how the system won't arm properly because of the window.  I was even told to "bypass the window and arm the rest of the house and it should be enough to keep the home safe.  Well I have a newborn baby girl and a 10yr old daughter and I feel my entire house should be covered for every second that I have this stupid alarm system installed and paid for. 

I'm not pleased with the service in any way and I am now researching ways to get completely out of the contract without their ridiculous cancellation fees.
