Yeah, alarm bells were going off, but I honestly thought my husband was doing a good review of everything while I took care of our baby girl.
First, we were given the impression that we could delay installation since we didn't want to disrupt our baby's routine and it was already 7 p.m. Next thing we know we're told it has to be done TONIGHT (after we signed the contracts). Then during installation we called the salesman back to find out why our cancellation date was within 3 days when we were told we'd have a week to try it for free. He changed that date, but he should've just told the truth because when I looked at the contract closer the next day it is 3 day only - NO EXTENSIONS (in other words he lied).
The next morning I accidently set the alarm off and NO ONE showed up! Missed 2 hours of work before giving up. Called to complain and was told system not active for 24 hours (don't know how others have had responses within the first hour unless it's an employee making up fake compliments). Cancelled the service since I didn't feel safe with how things were going. Salesman was rude, tried to guilt me into keeping it and refused to give me customer service number (the one on the paper work didn't work!) Had to find the # online. They were supposed to pick up their equipment within 24 hours - it took 2 weeks before they even TRIED to schedule pick up. Then they wouldn't show up in the evening - even though installation is FORCED on you at ANY hour of the night they will only remove during average business hours.
Don't use this company, don't let your friends use this company. If you're wicked or mean, you might recommend it to someone you're mad at.
