"Hello everyone, looking at all these reviews....I can tell you from the inside that if you do research, there are scam websites for almost every alarm system out there. I am on the inside of Pinnacle, and just recently started working for them".

My house was robbed completely just before Xmas of 07, I was gone for a few weeks, and came home to an empty house. Now, it is ironic that I am working for an alarm company. I finally have that warm, fuzzy feeling of my stuff and family being safe. There were obviously some sneaky salesmen working to do some of the things to get people to sign a contract. But I can assure you that Pinnacle is working its hardest to restore respect to the name, and I am a living testament of it.

They make sure to have all jobs reported, and done on time, and with a happy customer. We try to do that little extra to make the customer happy. Any business you deal with, your gonna have problems with sooner or later in some way, depending on the people, the day their having, and the amount of calls coming in. I've seen all the bad reviews about Pinnacle, but I've also seen all the others too, before taking this job. I have been an electrician for more than 20 years, and am now a technician for Pinnacle, and I love my job. I am finally out of the cold weather, and love to give out that same warm fuzzy feeling that I now have to other people, because I have been there...I am one of the good people, and can tell you from my heart, that we are doing our best to make Pinnacle a well respected, and loved company again despite some of the bad sales techniques that were used by temporary help.

If you are here complaining about the contract, everyone knows to always read what you are signing, and you are wasting your breath, and giving good people headaches. For others who have complaints about the workmanship, or problems...it is electronics, and wireless to boot, and the technicians who install systems are not always as road tested as I am, so no matter what company you get, there is a chance of an issue. Do you call Sony when you can't get your TV remote to work, or just buy new batteries or throw it against the wall? If you sign a contract to buy a house, and a year later change your mind, or want to cancel it because you don't like to cut grass, what do you think the bank will say? For the most part, people are making a big deal out of nothing, and I know that if you are having a problem, and call Pinnacle, they will do their best to take care of you to get your system resolved as soon as they can. A lot of people have been replaced with great people to take care of you, and help you. But if you call with an attitude, it will get you just as far as it will with any other company.

Pinnacle just wants to have happy customers, and get more happy customers from them by referrals and giving a free month monitoring for each one, and building a business just like everyone else. I am not a partner, or owner, just a happy, warm and fuzzy, employee/technician.............Hopefully I will be the one to take care of you!
