Pinnacle Security is based in Utah, but have clients across the country. This is another alarm company known for their door to door sales technique. Pinnacle's monitoring is provided by alarm.com, SAI (Security Associates International) and ADT. Therefore, Pinnacle will install your system, but your alarm will be monitored by a different company. I'm a representative for IPV Marketing, we do business with Pinnacle Security and try to provide families with these different systems. I have been reading a lot of reviews about Pinnacle, I'd say it's about 70% bad and 30% good. This is a little disturbing to read.
All I know about Pinnacle is that they are a great company. It sounds to me like those who are getting bad results are dealing with bad representatives. This is a little irritating and gives Pinnacle and the rest of the reps who are great people a bad name. Not all of Pinnacle is bad. The reps I work with are great and are very honest.
Now as far as customer service, everyone should be cared for with the utmost importance. All of our customers SHOULD be cared for appropriately. If not please complain to a higher authority in great detail about your problem.
Im sorry to those who have had bad experiences with Pinnacle, I wish I and the reps I work with could've taken care of you, because i guarantee service would've been better. Please don't give up on Pinnacle. Like I said, some reps may be bad but Pinnacle is great!!!
