Review For Pinnacle Security (Con't)
Pinnacle Security is based in Utah, but have clients across the country.  This is another alarm company known for their door to door sales technique.  Pinnacle's monitoring is provided by alarm.com, SAI (Security Associates International) and ADT.  Therefore, Pinnacle will install your system, but your alarm will be monitored by a different company. If you have had a good or bad experience with a particular alarm company, please submit your review!  Reviews are only edited for spam and/or vulgar language. Thanks for submitting!

Simply, Pinnacle security operates just like every other company out on the market.

ADT, APX, Guardian, SSA, Brinks are all exactly the same. Every single company has a contract. ADT's contract is 36 months. Pinnacle has a contract for 39 months. APX is five years. Guardian has five year contracts. Local companies usually charge for installation and usually charge for equipment. Every contract equals out to about the same amount of money owed to the company. Guardian does a 26 dollars a month for two years. After two years, Guardian will charge 75 dollars a month.

You people are fatuous fools and don't understand anything about the way home alarms are sold. Pinnacle will wave installation fees a lot of the time. The rep who waves those fees ends up paying them for you. Reps for Pinnacle security go to bat for many customers. I have saved a lot of money for customers who have "Life Alert" for their medical buttons. Life alert will charge the elderly a lot of money, usually 56-80 dollars a month. Where Pinnacle will only charge 44.99-49.99 a month.

There are reasons why Pinnacle has an A+ with the Better Business Bureau. If one worker at WAL-MART does something stupid, does the whole company get the label as "stupid?"
