Pinnacle Security is based in Utah, but have clients across the country. This is another alarm company known for their door to door sales technique. Pinnacle's monitoring is provided by alarm.com, SAI (Security Associates International) and ADT. Therefore, Pinnacle will install your system, but your alarm will be monitored by a different company. I live in Plainfield, NJ and I signed up with Pinnacle last week. There have been some robberies in the neighborhood, but the sales rep didn't use any scare tactics.
From the beginning everything has been wonderful, including the sales rep, whose name is Matt. He told us right away that he would gladly leave our doorstep if we weren't interested. He answered all of our questions honestly. When we asked a question he was unsure about, instead of talking around it or giving us some salesman bull, he called his manager to get the right answer.
The tech was just as good. He came by and made everything so easy it was amazing. Again, he made sure we knew what he was installing and patiently explained whatever we needed; he never seemed to be in a hurry to get going. Since we're new at this, I accidentally came home today without disarming the alarm. Sure enough, the police were in my driveway in about 2 minutes. I gave Matt a thank-you call, and he was happy but not surprised that he had set us up with a great security system.
I'm recommending Pinnacle to all of my friends and family, especially in Plainfield.
