Pinnacle Security is based in Utah, but have clients across the country. This is another alarm company known for their door to door sales technique. Pinnacle's monitoring is provided by alarm.com, SAI (Security Associates International) and ADT. Therefore, Pinnacle will install your system, but your alarm will be monitored by a different company. I recently just signed up with Pinnacle Security, and it's been a great experience from the day the sales rep came to my door.
He was somewhat young but he gave us a great presentation and told us the pros and cons of having a wireless system. He also was upfront with us as to the length of the contract and read over the contract with us before we signed it..Also we had to speak with their corporate office just so that we knew everything he was telling us was indeed true.
The technician who installed the system had made a mistake, and the system didn't allow our phoneline to work, but the rep had given us his phone number and we called him and he returned about 20 minutes after to fix the problem. This in my opinion is a great company with great service. Just like other companies I'm sure they have a few sales guys who do shady things, but as an adult one of the things you are responsible for is finding out what you're getting yourself into. You should read the agreement and ask questions otherwise you won't have answers.
