Review For Pinnacle Security (Con't)
Pinnacle Security is based in Utah, but have clients across the country.  This is another alarm company known for their door to door sales technique.  Pinnacle's monitoring is provided by alarm.com and SAI (Security Associates International).  Therefore, Pinnacle will install your system, but your alarm will be monitored by a different company. If you have had a good or bad experience with a particular alarm company, please submit your review!  Reviews are only edited for spam and/or vulgar language. Thanks for submitting your review!

Just spent an hour with cancellation supervisor #1212 (she wouldn't give me her name), during which time I was blamed for problems with their system, because I didn't pay attention during the 5 min. instruction demo. Also insinuated that I was a liar because they didn't have records of when I called for help.

Here's the background. Signed up 2 yrs ago, during Super Bowl of 2008, the panic button on fob was accidently set-off. The alarm goes off, and it wouldn't shut off after many attempts. There was no call from the monitoring co., then the fire department showed up to inform me that they would cont. to come as long as the alarm was going off. Called the monitoring co. after finally shutting the alarm off (still don't know how I did it) and gave them my password. Was then told that it was not my password and they could not help me with the system. Because it was Sunday night P/S/C (Pinnacle/SAI/CastleRock) offices were not open. Luckily the alarm did not go off again that night.

Bottom line, P/S/C had my account mixed up with another customer. They had my password and system linked to someone else. Who it turns out got the phone call (I think) and a visit from the police dept. the night my alarm went off.

To this day, my information is not right. I have NO idea who the person is, listed under my emergency contact number.

They won't work with me on anything. Wouldn't even give me the CEO's name, so I could write and tell him how proud he should be with his company and thought- provoking employees.  If I'd have only listened during that 5 min. demo, all of this could have been avoided.

BE AFRAID,BE VERY AFRAID!!
