A Pinnacle Employee Speaks Out (Con't):

yes or agree to this, or they will not continue with the sale. They also ask on this call if you are a homeowner, once again because we do not install in rental homes. In the agreement it specifically states that you have a 3 day right to cancel, in a very large easy to see section at the bottom of the agreement, right below where you sign. All of you Receive a copy of this agreement and are made aware that you have 3 days to cancel if you are unsatisfied. So many people today do not listen or do not read Contracts. When you are signing up for something it is your sole responsibility to read over this.
Pinnacle Security has fired many representatives who have lied to customers when selling them a system. It is not their intention in any way to lie to any of you. If you feel that you were tricked into buying an alarm system I'm sorry you feel that way. I love working for Pinnacle Security. I love the Alarm system in my home. I love all of the features that come with my alarm system, and I feel they have taken care of me in my home, not because I'm an employee, but because that is how they take care of every one of their customers. If you have problems or concerns, call them they want to take care of you!
They want to make sure you know they are trying to be honest that is why they do a phone call with you before it is installed and after it is installed. They want to make sure you understand everything.
So again, to all of you who say you were lied to, or mislead. I am sorry if that really did happen, but please know this is not in any way the companies intentions, and we do all we can to make sure you're satisified. Also please remember we are a business like anyone else and are out there to make money in the end, like every other business in the world.
There are many of you on here who have complained because you say "The sales rep said it was only a year contract" or "When I moved I became a renter and they wouldn't install a system in my rental home". The people who are saying this really have no idea what they are saying or doing. Before Pinnacle installs a system in any home they always ask if you are a renter, because we don't install for renters. They also always do a welcome call, FOR EVERY CUSTOMER, during the welcome call you are asked if you understand that it is a 42 Month agreement. You have to say
