I recently purchased the Abbra Pro System and began service/support from NextAlarm.
While I was totally flabbergasted with the programming instructions for the system, I called NextAlarm and one of their representatives spent nearly two hours on the phone with me. He walked me through the system programming and even helped me enroll and test additional sensors I had bought. After being helped with the programming, the menus and programming options were actually a lot easier than I thought.
I also had an issue with the wireless bridge adapter and another tech spent even more time troubleshooting the adapter with me. We ultimately determined the adapter was bad, and I arranged for an exchange with the Home Technology Store.
I have to say I was extremely impressed with the level of service I have received so far.
