We've had NextAlarm since 2/05 & the service has been pretty good.
Tech support, earlier this year was crisp & very positive. Our system (still under warranty) lost communications earlier this week. I have dutifully filed trouble tickets on the nextalarm website; have also placed no fewer than 3 calls, & have also sent emails------------------but for whatever reason, cannot get any response from nextalarm tech support.
I'm not sure what's up @ their end, but when one cannot even get a return call after numerous attempts, this does little to inspire confidence or to prompt one to renew. Has anyone else, of late, had any luck w/ nextalarm tech support? If/when I get a response, I'll post it here so others can be so advised. bub
3 Month Update:
System is back online. I rec'd email & call from Nextalarm tech support. This response is much more in line w/ what I've had the past year.
I'd recommend their service & support w/o reservation. Thanks for listening. bub
