I live in Marietta, GA which is a suburb of Atlanta. I have used NextAlarm for almost 2 years. The service is very reasonably priced and reliable. It will work with most systems and older systems which are installed by a prior company.
My real concern is regarding customer service. They have no phone to call if you have a problem and you are required to setup a service ticket if you have questions or need help. They can respond or ignore your request at their option. In June 2007, I had a connection issue which is still unresolved and I have no recourse.
Think twice before dealing with this company. There are many positive things, but the customer service firewall they have setup around themselves is unacceptable.
