DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - My house was being stalked, so when a representative came to my home I signed up for their service.
Imagine my surprise when a month later I found out that the system was not working. I found out because we tripped the alarm and no one responded, when I called them I found out we had no service. I immediately tried to cancel their service and have been trying ever since to cancel. They have for months now repeatedly called and harrassed me. I receive calls as early as 7 am on Saturday mornings and they constantly tell me I am passed due. I have sent copies of my invoices and cancelled checks, repeatedly asked them to correct their records as their own invoices show I am current but they continue to call and harrass.
They are a horrid service and I can't wait for my contract to expire so that I can get rid of them.
Update (Added Oct 15/09):
Unfortunately, I would not revise my original opinion as the further dealings I had with them were also negative. My account is still not reflecting the correct balance owing (my balance does not match the
invoices they send me).
I would not give this company a good recommendation and am still waiting patiently for my contract to expire early next year so that I no longer have to deal with them.
