Most incapable unprofessional people one can come across!
Biggest issue to date (not to mention the smaller issues) include an incorrect charge on my credit card for $4815.00 instead of $48.15 because of someone on their part making an error. Then I get a call from their supervisor mentioning the mistake however, they picked the mistake too late therefore needed me to contact the credit card company directly.
Fine, I can understand an honest mistake so I contact the credit card company instantly which then contacts monitronics on a three way line to get the transaction number so that they can go ahead and cancel the charge as it was still in pending status right there and then. Monitronics failed again because after waiting on that three way line for 20 minutes, we hear in the words of the Monitronics billing person " the gentleman who has the access to the transaction number cannot be located but will be getting back to the credit card company in the next 1-2 minutes".
Lo and behold, that never happened and no-one from Monitronics called to the authorization department. That charge went through as someone at Monitronics dropped the ball again, and now I am left with a bill of $5000.00 dollars on my credit card and a disputes department with a 30 day wait to get this resolved.
Thank you Monitronics for completely messing this and my credit score. I will make sure to cancel my service and notify all my neighbors and friends to never even think of getting Monitronics.
