| Recent Review For Integrated Alarm Services: RE: Integrated Alarm Services, NY - alarm monitoring renewed automatically for 3 additional years - unable to cancel service due to contract extension we were not aware of. We are getting billed on our Visa by Integrated Alarm Services, Inc., a company in New York. They are somehow related to Morlyn Financial Group, LLC. Anyone know how to get out of this contract?? | Our system had been installed by another firm but never actively monitored. The Slomins rep convinced us to use their service. Since the beginning it never worked properly and we have paid for several maintenance visits. The alarm goes off on its own at various times of the day and night. Twice the police were called when we were away and as a result we were warned that if it occurs again we would receive a fine. As such we cannot turn the monitoring on and do not use the system. Slomins has decided to take legal action in lieu of simply fixing the system which we would gladly pay for. This firm is vicious in how they handle their customers. After reviewing complaints posted on the web by many other dis-satisfied customers i cannot see why anyone would go with them. If you plan on selling or moving before your 5 year contract term expired, be aware they will go after you legally and make you pay for any remaining balance whether you still live there or not.
