Recent Review For 1st Defense Security:
(Added Sep 23/11)
I have used 1st defense in Las Vegas to protect my home since 2003 and I love them. Everyone at the office is so nice and always returns my calls right away. The salesman was nice as well. I was Originally nervous when he knocked on my door to sell me security of all things, but the system was nice and it was a good deal so i took it, and am very glad i did. I had someone attempt to break into my home at night last year, and the alarm went off right away, woke me up and warned me, but was loud enough to also scare away the burglar. That one incident pays for the system itself. I was also able to upgrade my keypad last year to one of the newer ones that looks much nicer as well. totally worth $50 a month!
And I am NOT a paid reviewer. i do sympathize with all these people that say they thought they were signing a 12-month contract, or no contract, and my response to them is - READ WHAT YOU SIGN!! Especially if it's being given to you by a stranger at the door you just met. And i know on my paper I signed on the front page in bold it says a 5 year term.
