Guardian Security Systems not only used the best equipment available, but also installed and maintained the system with the utmost professionalism. I am thoroughly impressed with the local provider, and I would never go elsewhere to protect my loved ones. |

| Recent Reviews For Action Integrated: In 1994, we had our new home pre-wired and the security system was designed, installed and monitored by Action Alarm Systems Corp. Until we moved in 2007, we continued to have Action Alarm as our monitoring and maintenance company. They were polite, professional, reasonably priced and HONEST (wow, is that rare around Maryland). We would not hesitate to recommend ACTION to anyone for their security system and monitoring needs! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We recently moved to Baltimore and talked to a number of companies including Guardian and Brinks, but in the end we decided to use Action Integrated. We chose them because as a local company with roots in the area we felt they had a greater commitment to customer service. The idea of talking to someone in Texas about my security needs seemed ludicrous. Also, we did not want to install proprietary equipment that could only be monitored by one company, locking us into a relationship from the beginning. We were happy to pay for the equipment at the time of installation so that we reserve the ability to constantly evaluate the level of service we are receiving. During installation the people from Action Integrated were very knowledgeable and up-front about our security needs and helped us balance the cost effectively to install a sensible system. This past week we had our first need to call into the service station so they could help us reset the system after our phone service was interrupted by a storm while we were out of town and a dogsitter was in the house. Even at midnight they were extremely responsive and able to handle everything well. I highly recommend Action Integrated. I think they provide a great way to avoid the sales techniques with locked-in multi-year contracts that the national companies have unfortunately embraced. |
