Recent Review For Pro Systems:
Don't hire this company under any circumstances.

I initially contracted with ADT from 1999 to 2003.  I was not happy with the subdealer that installed my system.  I did not realize what a bad job they had done until I hired a company to clean my carpet and they had to work around this bundle of wires.  Pro Systems installed my unit and left a cluster of wires bundled on the floor behind my table.  The system was not mounted on the wall but sat on a end table.  I called Pro systems but their mailbox was always full.  When I could finally leave a message, I did but never got a response.  So I called ADT who sent someone out to see what I was talking about.  He agree that it was a mess but that they/ADT was not responsible for the work that their subcontractors performed.  Needless to say they/ADT would not correct the problem unless I paid an additional money($80).  So at the end of my contract because I keep my word even when they didn't care if I was a satisfied customer or not, I contracted with Alarm One.  It so happened that one of their Reps was canvasing the area.  He saw my unit and said that they/Alarm One would correct the situation.  Well I contracted with them, and they did install the unit on the wall neatly and added a smoke detector and keychains(the unit I had was the same one they used - Lynx).  This earlier this year I started to have some problems with it so I called and was told that ADT was monitoring my system,  when I call ADT they say thet they are not monitoring my system and yet Alarm One has been paid automatically each month since the beginning of the contract.  I have been trying to find out what's going on for over a month now.  Alarm One and ADT have been very disappointing to me.  I hold the line 30 minutes just trying to talk to someone at Alarm One and then all they do is just switch me to ADT. I must say that at ADT they are attempting to help me resolve this issue but they too are waiting to talk to someone at Alarm One. So I think that no one has been monitoring my system for over a year but that Alarm One has been getting paid. So far no one is giving me any answers and the customer support at ADT says that my account is inactive. They only see the 1999 to 2003 account, nothing else.

So I am not happy to say the least, and that puts me back in the market again looking for a security/monitoring company I can trust.
