Alarm Force
Recent Review For Alarm Force:
Well i live in Atlanta, GA and have alarmforce with VOIP(vonage), and it has work right from the start out of the box. I love the two way voice, when the alarm goes off you have a live person that comes on asap, and with a commanding voice that scared the **** out of me the first time i set it off!  I like the fact that you can talk to a person,  and I love the fact that you can use any touch tone key pad on your home phone to work the alarm, so that saves you money because you do not need any extra key pads for the alarm. How cool is that!  Also, they have line cut technology, so if your phone line gets cut it sends a wireless signal to the command center.
So yes, I like it and it works great with VOIP(INTERNET PHONE)(VONAGE) GO FOR IT!

APX Alarms

(Added July 23/08)
Hi, a salesperson from apx came to my house yesterday and offered me a system. I turned it down. He asked for my name, phone number and birthdate. I asked him why did he need this information. He told me that he needed to make a call and prove that I was the homeowner. I asked him how could he do that and he said he could verify the information on my adt account. I gave him the wrong information, he called a number from his phone, repeated the information I gave him and hung up the phone. He told me my information was confirmed. I asked him for his business card and his name and ID number. I told him that I would inquire on line about this company and I would call the BBB. I did not tell him that I falsely gave him information. He proved to me that he was bogus and I have reported this incident to the police and BBB. Please do not let these people in your home. My home is in Columbus, Georgia. He asked several times if he could come in my home and I told him no. I felt like he was trying to case my home and my property and I told him that if anything happened to my home in the near future.....I was coming after him.
