Recent Review For United Alarm:
I had signed up with United Alarm back in 2003. There were a few situations where my home alarm was triggered but there was no phone call to my home which is pretty scary if a real break in was to occur. Anyway, six years later I contact them to upgrade my security system and they decided to charge me an arm and a leg to add one motion sensor and two door contacts. I told them that I had been with them for 6 years but they didn't even care. I switched security companies now. For those that are with this company please beware. Make sure you tell the customer service rep that you want the police to be sent out rather than a guard.
