Same story as everyone else... door to door sales that I was suckered into...
They didn't take any money out of my account for the first four months, then took all of it at once, sent my account into overdraft, and when I told them I wasn't paying another cent because I shouldn't be charged overdraft they pretty much dissmissed me. I canceled automatic payment. I wanted to see a bill before they get another dime from me. They changed their name and took the money out of my account anyway.
I reported it to BBB and they made up some story about how they are "still working with me to resolve the issue." I haven't seen a bill from them in about six months and they will eventually call and want the money. I will laugh histerically.
Can anyone say CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT?????
