Firstline Security is one of the larger "sub-dealer" alarm companies. That means if you become a Firstline client, your system will be installed by Firstline, but monitored by a different company. Depending on where you live, you could be monitored by Alarm.Com, Monitronics, or Counterforce.

They are worse than robbers!!! We installed our system approx 1 1/2 years ago. It was installed, tested and we were assured that everything worked.
A few weeks ago, our cleaning lady came on an unscheduled day, the alarm was on. The alarm went off and made tons of noise but never contacet anybody (police, monitoring center, nothing!!). we tried to contact firstline to tell them that there was a serious problem, we could not talk to a person for 12 days and finally we contacted the monitoring company that firstline sub contracts in washington (criticom), they told us that our account has not been monitored since march 2007!!!! WOW. not only that but going over ourbilling we realized that we were charnged with services that we never signed for.
To make the story more interesting, now apparently firstline does not exist anymore (although somebody keeps cashing my checks!) and I can get anybody to be resposible for the mess of my alarm system and the ton of money they owe me!!!! what can I do to get some help?
