My husband and I had our house broken into last year and when the rep came to our door we were very interested.
She was very good and explained everything about the contract. I thought that she was a very well trained person and knew all about the systems. We had a good installer too but took two trys to do the job right. There was a bad monitor and had to go get another one not his fault. We did have problems with our account and them taking money out of our checking account at first but they straightned that out. We have had a couple of occasions when they called us telling us that there was an attempted break in when we already had shut off our alarm so that was annoying.
I am concerned reading the other comments that our house is no longer safe and we are still paying every month for this service. Is our contract that we signed still valid or can we switch companies if we want to since they have filed for bankruptcy?
