Firstline Security is one of the larger "sub-dealer" alarm companies. That means if you become a Firstline client, your system will be installed by Firstline, but monitored by a different company. Depending on where you live, you could be monitored by Alarm.Com, Monitronics, or Counterforce.

I had an alarm system installed about one year ago and have had nothing but problems with SAI and Firstline security.
Their customer service dept. is unprofessional and poor to say the least. I would wait on hold to speak with a customer service rep for close to an hour only to be redirected to other departments. When I finally was directed to the right dept. the customer service reps. for both companies were rude and offered little help or assistance with the issues I was having.
SAI fradulently withdrew funds from my account several times and when I put a block on my account to stop them from having access to my account they would attempt to use other numbers in an attempt to access funds from my account. I filed several complaints with the BBB re: both companies. I never got a response from SAI and Firstline of course attempted to apologize but did nothing to rectify the situation.
I have never experienced problems with a company as I did with SAI and Firstline and would highly advise people to stay away.
